Pay your overdue balance online We'll automatically attempt to take payment on your invoice due date, which is 14 days after you receive your bill. If you need to catch up on a missed payment, or as a one-off, pay using a different credit card, try our Pay Now feature. If your account is suspended, a successful payment will remove any restriction - you may need to turn your modem off, wait for 15 seconds, and turn it on again after payment.


If you would like to permanently update the credit or debit card we have on file, please visit MyAccount, and after logging in, click 'MyDetails', and then 'Payment Method' and then 'Change Payment Method'. To use an alternative credit card for a one-off payment click here


Call our automated payment system
To make a payment on your overdue balance, you can also call 1300 130 888, select option 3, and then option 1. We'll process the payment using the card we have on file within 1 business hour after we receive the request.

Please note: No fees or surcharges are applied by MyRepublic for using a credit or debit card to pay your bill.
