Once your order has been successfully submitted, MyRepublic will begin preparing a modem dispatch within 48 hours. There is a $10.00 Postage and Handling fee charged to your card via direct debit.

How long does it take for my modem to arrive?

Most modems are delivered within 2-6 working days of a successful order being placed, depending on your location.

Due to the current Covid19 situation, AusPost is experiencing delivery delays with a high volume of parcels in their network, please see here for more info. If you have not received your modem yet not to worry, you will receive tracking details from Auspost for your modem via SMS.

How do I track my modem?

Your modem will be delivered via Australia Post.

Australia Post will provide you with a tracking number for your modem via SMS & email as soon as it becomes available.

You can use the tracking features on the Australia Post site to begin checking the delivery status once you have received your tracking number.

Do I have to be home to receive my modem?

If you're not around to sign for a delivery, or there's no safe place for Australia post to leave the item, the modem will be taken to your local Post Office to await collection.

When collecting your modem you'll need to take identification with you.

You'll have 10 business days to collect it before the item is returned to the sender.

Note: You can request for your modem to be delivered to any residential or business address, but not a P.O Box or parcel delivery locker.

My modem has been returned to sender

If delivery to the requested address was unsuccessful, and you have allowed the 10 business days to pass without collecting your modem, Australia Post will send it back to MyRepublic.

This will be displayed as 'Returned to Sender' or show the final delivery destination as Eastern Creek.

If this is the case, jump on our Live Chat, and one of our team will be able to organise a new delivery if required.

I need to change my delivery address after ordering

If you have just recently placed the order to MyRepublic we may be able to amend the delivery address before the modem is dispatched - jump on our Live Chat, and one of our team will let you know if this is possible.

Once in transit, you may be able to make arrangements for a redirection directly with Australia Post or have the modem held at a local post office for you to collect.

If the modem says 'delivered' but has not been received

Once you have confirmed the delivery address provided is correct you can lodge an investigation with Australia Post directly

Can I use my own modem?

You can use any compatible nbn™ modem for your connection. For a list of compatible modems, click here.

MyRepublic can provide you with a pre-configured modem that has been engineered and tested on the MyRepublic network. This allows easy plug and play set up as well as allowing MyRepublic the ability to remotely assist you with any troubleshooting.

 I've got the modem, what happens now?

We'll let you know via email & SMS when your service is activated and ready to use. Just follow our modem setup guide to start using the service.
