Sales and New Connections

To get connected via your TP-Link modem, you'll need to log into your modem's gateway.

What you'll need:

  • A device capable of connecting to Wi-FI
  • Your Wi-Fi username and password (if you have forgotten these, you may need to reset your modem)
Note: This can be done on most mobile devices, but we recommend doing these steps with your PC if you have one.

Logging into your modem

  1.     On your device, connect to Wi-Fi, using your normal username and password
  2.     Open a browser window on your device
  3.     Enter http://tplinkwifi.net and press enter
  4.     Check which of the below two pictures match the page you're seeing, and continue with the steps below

Newer TP-Link modem gateway

The red boxes show selections you will have to make. Choose:

  1.     'Quick Setup'
  2.     'Dynamic IP'
  3.     'Next'

Your modem will then attempt to get connected. If, after about 5 minutes you're not connected, contact us via Live Chat and one of our team will be able to help.

  1.     'Quick Setup'
  2.     'Auto Detect'
  3.     'Next'

Your modem will then attempt to get connected. If, after about 5 minutes you're not connected, contact us via Live Chat and one of our team will be able to help.
