Network and Tech Support

To get connected via your Netgear modem, you'll need to log into your modems gateway.

What you'll need:

  • A device capable of connecting to Wi-FI
  • Your Wi-Fi username and password (if you have forgotten these, you may need to reset your modem)
Note: This can be done on most mobile devices, but we recommend doing these steps with your PC if you have one.

 Logging into your modem

  1.     On your device, connect to Wi-Fi, using your normal username and password
  2.     Open a browser window on your device
  3.     Enter http://www.routerlogin.com or http://www.routerlogin.net and press enter

Once you've opened the gateway, the red boxes show selections you will have to make, in order from left to right. Choose:

  1.     'Setup Wizard'
  2.     'Yes'
  3.     'Next'
