Resetting your nbn™ box (NCD)
You can reset your nbn™ box (NCD) by getting a pin and pushing it in the small hole labelled reset for 10 - 15 seconds.
The modem can take 3 to 5 minutes to come online.
If your connection still doesn't work you will need some further help.
