Understanding your Plan and Speeds

At MyRepublic, we offer 4 speed tier plans, Home Ultrafast nbn™1000 speed tier, Home Superfast nbn™250 speed tier, Premium nbn™100 speed tier, and Standard Plus nbn™50 speed tier. Before you continue troubleshooting, it is important to know your plan and the acceptable speeds.
Please note that the acceptable speeds depend on the NBN technology type at the premises.

Take a look below and check to see the typical evening speed and acceptable speed for your plan.

The typical speeds on this plan are 50Mbps during the busy period. If you're getting 30Mbps or above MyRepublic considers this acceptable, if not please proceed with troubleshooting.

The typical speeds on this plan are 93Mbps and above during the busy period. If you're getting 60Mbps or above MyRepublic considers this acceptable, if not please proceed with troubleshooting.

The typical speeds on this plan are 200Mbps and above during the busy period. If you're getting 200Mbps or above MyRepublic considers this acceptable, if not please proceed with troubleshooting.
