Connect your PC/Laptop directly to your Modem
If you have an ethernet cable which can connect your modem directly to a device (e.g. laptop or PC), please connect the device directly to the modem now - you can use either of the ethernet cables that came with your MyRepublic modem.
This will help us in isolating whether the problem is with your wireless or not.
Now run a speed test again by opening https://www.speedtest.net/. Make sure you use the Sydney server before you hit GO
