Resetting your modem & nbn™ equipment

NCD (nbn™ box)

  1. Locate the reset button on your nbn™ box (it may be on the back, front, or on the underside)
  2. Using a pin, paperclip, or small object, press the reset button in for 3 seconds, until the lights on the front of the box go off
  3. We'll need to wait around 3-5 minutes for the nbn™ box to reconnect. Once it's back up and running, rerun a speed test to see if this has resolved the issue.

Doing this resolves any temporary device issue. If, after doing this, the issue is still not resolved, you may have to reset your modem.
