Once your nbn™ box is back on, check if this resolved your issue. If not, let's try to reset your modem.

Resetting your Modem

If resetting the nbn™ box didn't resolve your issue, let's now try resetting your modem. If you need more information on how to reset the MyRepublic modem please click here.

Remember, resetting your modem will remove any changes you have made to the settings on your modem, including Wi-Fi password changes - here's how to re-apply them

The modem can take 3 to 5 minutes to come online. Once online, let's confirm by running a speedtest.

Now, open https://www.speedtest.net/ to test your speed. Make sure you choose the Sydney server before clicking GO. The test will only take about 3 seconds to complete.
