Connect your PC/Laptop directly to your Modem
Plugging your device directly to the modem will help us isolate the issue. This will determine whether the problem is with your Wi-fi or with your local connection. If you have an ethernet cable which can connect your modem directly to a device (e.g. laptop or PC), please connect the device directly to the modem now - you can use either of the ethernet cables that came with your MyRepublic modem.
Once connected directly, we will now confirm the speeds that you are getting by running a speedtest.
Run a speed test by opening https://www.speedtest.net/. Make sure you choose the Sydney server before clicking GO. The test will only take about 3 seconds to complete.
