Connect your PC/Laptop directly to your Modem
If you have an ethernet cable which can connect your modem directly to a device (e.g. laptop or PC), please connect the device directly to the modem now - you can use either of the ethernet cables that came with your MyRepublic modem.
This will help us isolate whether the problem is with your wireless connection or not. Once the modem is connected, run a speedtest to confirm if this has fixed your issue.
To run a speed test, open https://www.speedtest.net/. Make sure you choose the Sydney server before you click GO. The test will only take about 3 seconds to complete.
