Sorry to hear your phone isn't working! Let's continue troubleshooting by checking if your phone connection is working on your modem. Your modems phone icon should be showing an active connection.

For example, with the MyRepublic WiFi Hub+. Look at the top for a phone icon. This icon should be illuminated green.


Is the phone icon illuminated green or showing active?
